Winning, Attitude or Aptitude?

"You can not win a game thinking you're going to lose it."

I understand that most of you reading these reflections are adults, all once were children and there was a time when most of our lives when we were not afraid, what we wanted was to fly, spend our children and our youth thinking that all we could accomplish. We played and competed to win. No goal was unattainable, we had enough force to conquer the world. We were in a great strength to think of something and then make it happen. Then, as time passed, we were no longer so young and the world tells us more often than not we do what we want, that dreams are a thing of children, that winning is for the privileged few, for those who have luck and have "That." Many laugh and to doubt our goals and try to convince us to go the way of the heap.

They say, "You're crazy. It's hard. You must play it safe. Why are you going to risk? What if you lose? ". They act as if dreams were for others, but not for people like us. They talk about their experience of safety, comfort and encourage us rather than pollute us with negativity, pessimism, defeat and try to instill their own fears and insecurities in us. Those who previously did not know the word "fear" now begin to understand and not only understand but incorporate it into their lives. With so many people telling us we can not do something and so few that tell us that if we can, it's hard not to let fear invade our lives. Unfortunately, this is how many of us go through life. Come on in fear and thinking loser.

How am I going through life with a thought winner or loser?

In the Bible is a story where God had promised the people that left Egypt that will lead to a wonderful land that was very beautiful and full of delicious fruits.
12 spies Moses chose to explore the land. Two of them were Joshua and Caleb. The twelve explored the land secretly. They saw that the land was full of crops and fruit. In fact, to carry a bunch of grapes had to do two! They also saw the people. They looked like giants. They had heard many things about these people too. People were expert warriors who always got what they wanted. However we can see that 10 of the 12 spies were a loser and they thought people reported that there was no way they could conquer the land. They saw the strength of the warriors and their own weaknesses. Appeared to have grown up with a mentality of defeat, smallness, and failed to appreciate what God had done with them.
Joshua and Caleb told the people that with the help of God could do anything. However, people do not listen to them. They were afraid of what people would do, instead of what God could do! Fear prevented them could enter the promised land. You can find this story in Numbers 13.14.

Am I seeing what God wants to do in my life? Will my marriage? My family? Will my finances? My career? Is my ministry? What am I looking?

In today's going on in our lives, we are so afraid of losing what we are not going for what they really want, we were paralyzed to expect something to happen. We played it safe and keep so strong at the "status quo" that never experienced what could be. We believe that others are right and began to doubt our dreams and we see no chance of advancing a step towards our dreams. This is what I call "playing to lose." We see this in sports all the time when a team has the advantage. Start thinking about how not to lose instead of how to win. They hold strong to their advantage as they start to play it safe and scared. You can see in their energy and body language. As a result, the other team has a chance, play without fear and, finally, wins the momentum and win. What

would you do if you were not afraid? What things would you know that God is with you?

to live an extraordinary life we \u200b\u200bmust learn to reject fear. If it comes from within me or someone else, we must overcome fear and take a "game to win," and this has to do with my way of thinking. Playing to win requires a commitment to himself to never give up and never allow their goals and dreams die. Those who play to win know that success belongs to those who practice the discipline and perseverance, those who take responsibility for their lives. The obstacles and struggles are part of life and only serve to make us appreciate our success. If everything were easy, we would not know how it feels to really succeed. The obstacles and circumstances they are to be overcome. Do not let anything stop you in finding and achieving your dreams. The fear is destined to be defeated, God created you not to fear, fear is acquired by which you can give him. In the game of life you have to play to win, if you're reading is because your game is not over yet, do not give up until the game is over.

"If you want to earn what you never won need to play like you've never tried it, give it your best in the game"
